All sales are final due to the nature of the items provided by Kure Kosmo. Your custom wig is made according to the detailed specifications submitted; therefore please ensure your measurements are taken accurately. Please be advised Kure Kosmo is not responsible for the improper fitting due to incorrect measurements.

Any requests for exchange must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. No exchanges will be permitted after the specified time frame. Items that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted. The item must be resent in its original and resalable condition with the exception of products damaged during transit before the exchange order processing commences. Return packages must be sent through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation because Kure Kosmo is not responsible for the lost of packages. If the item is returned in its original form after thorough examination it will exchanged for an item of equal value.

If you feel you have received a defective item. Please contact us immediately to address any discrepancies; however NO refunds are permitted and credit is not applicable to future purchases due to the nature of the products provided by Kure Kosmo.
